- Orders $99–$199: pay with bitcoin insurance $80
- Orders $199–$499: pay with bitcoin insurance $50
- Orders $500–$1,000: free insurance
Important Note: We do not ship packages without an insurance fee. This policy ensures we cannot offer a complete money back guarantee or package replacement in the rare event of shipping issues. The insurance protects both parties by guaranteeing your order’s value is covered throughout delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fair business practices. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product delivered does not match the description on our website.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product is lost in transit and not delivered within the estimated timeframe.
- You received an incorrect order due to an error on our part.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase.

- Detection by third-party authorities (as we guarantee the quality of our products).
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Refund Processing Time
If eligible for a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
